These awards celebrate the incredible impact Social Prescribing Link Workers have in our communities and recognise all those who have made outstanding contributions in ‘creatively disrupting inequalities and powering up integrated care.’

We are thrilled to be able to share that our Wellbeing Services Manage, Lisa Dean is a finalist for the Social Prescribing Manager of the year.
