Social Prescribing Day 2023 at St Albans Church, Tattenhall

In the community room at the rear of the church Healthbox - Social Prescribers and Mental health link workers were joined by myself, a representative from Opal, Sam - Practice manager from Tarporley and a GP. It may have been cold and snowing but 2 lovely ladies came and joined us. One played the Piano whilst we drank coffee and we all spoke about our different services and what we offer. We all participated in Chair based Yoga - very relaxing and then we had some fun doing Yoga for the Brain.
Distance no longer prevents people from maintaining close relationships. Online communication (รับงานบางใหญ่) tools make it easy to exchange messages, photos, and video calls anytime. Regular interaction keeps conversations active and helps people remain involved in each other's lives. By making time to communicate consistently, online relationships can continue growing despite living in different cities or countries.
