Primary Care Cheshire's Outstanding Admin!
There are many different elements to a GP federation which the average person may not know about, such as data collection and submission for GP practices, providing HR support to the Senior Leadership Team and supporting the Federation to deliver services to the community.
Here at Primary Care Cheshire we are proud to support our member GP practices in delivering a wide range of services. A vital staff member to this delivery is our Central office team. This is made up of management, HR & finance and development roles. We are also thrilled to have had 3 apprenticeship roles placed with us over the last 2 years, all from our local area.
One of our most recent Business Administration apprentices made such a great impression with his work, attitude and willingness to learn that since completing his apprenticeship he has been taken on as a full time member of staff.
Ryan now leads the admin and bank reception team as part of the Primary Care Cheshire central team.
Ryan was also recently nominated and shortlisted for the Business Administration Apprentice awards from West and South Cheshire College, one of the most anticipated events in Cheshire College’s calendar.
As the largest provider of post-16 education in the region with Campuses in Crewe, Ellesmere Port and Chester, Cheshire College has over 1,400 Apprentices and works with more than 800 local, national and international employers to deliver Apprenticeships across 14 sector subject areas, to be a nominee is amazing!
